We now offer Direct Child Consultation where appropriate with one of our specially trained mediators. Already this year we have conducted a number of meetings with children which has proved to be very powerful and informative for all concerned. With the implementation of the new Child Arrangement Programme in April we feel this is particularly relevant and helpful in the child’s voice being heard.
Our new tailor-made service Bridging Family Breakdown involves highly experienced mediators, counsellors, lawyers and psychologists. This service is particularly suitable for families who cannot make immediate use of the mediation process because they are too entrenched in legal or other conflict.
Our Relate trained counsellor can offer Relationship Counselling in Stafford for people who feel there is still some work that can be done to either save the relationship or come to terms with its ending.
Civil Mediation can be useful in any dispute whether to do with your builder, your neighbour, your business or anything where there is conflict. We have already carried out several successful civil mediations avoiding the need for Court proceedings.
