Why we are Different from Other Services

  • We have over 20 years experience and mediators with a variety of backgrounds
  • We are not part of a Solicitors so there will never be a conflict of interest
  • We deal with complex financial mediations where others may assess the matter as being unsuitable
  • We will deal with entrenched complex cases where other services may turn you away
  • If appropriate we will invite Solicitors to join their client to help reach a speedy resolution
  • We have three qualified Direct Child Consultants who can meet with your children as part of the mediation process
  • We have strong links with local solicitors and will refer out to them when we feel you need independent legal advice
  • We keep Solicitors informed throughout the mediation process if clients agree
  • We offer Skype assessment meetings for mediation if you live a distance away from your partner or struggle to travel
  • We will signpost you to other services we think might help to provide a holistic service
  • We will try our very best to help every single person that contacts us
