Family Mediation 

Esther has been providing specialist Family Mediation services to families and their children for over 11 years. She is a skilled mediator, helping families make decisions about their children and their finances. She is also trained to speak to children as part of the mediation process after completing her Direct Consultation with children training in 2015.

Education and Experience 

Esther is a member of the Family Mediation Council. She completed and passed her family mediation training with the Family Mediation Association in 2012.

Family Law

Esther has a BA (Hons) law degree from Wolverhampton University in 1997. She furthered her legal education and completed her training with the Institute of Legal Executives and became a qualified Fellow in 2002. Esther has worked as a family lawyer as a Chartered Legal Executive in a legal practice for the past 26 years since leaving University.

Professional Memberships 

Esther has also been a member of Resolution as a Lawyer, reflecting her commitment to best practices in Family Law. She adheres the core values in her work every day by helping separating couples reach amicable and effective arrangements for their children, and when resolving their financial affairs on divorce or separation. Esther is committed to upholding the core values of Resolution, helping separating couples find amicable solutions for their family matters.

Personal Interests 

Outside her professional life, Esther enjoys spending time with her 3 grown up children and partners grandchildren. She enjoys cycling, running and keeping fit, and enjoys weekends away with her partner, including long walks along the welsh coast.
