Caroline is committed to helping couples and families find resolution on finances, children and any relationship topics to improve communication, reminding clients of the importance of a future focused approach.

She is aware of the importance of clear communication and is able to facilitate open and respectful dialogue. She mediates in Family, Civil, Commercial and Workplace cases.

Creative, approachable and perceptive, Caroline combines strong analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. She seeks to help parties identify innovative solutions, by finding resolution through a measured and structured process.

She is CMC Accredited for Workplace, Civil and Commercial and is registered with the Family Mediation Council WTA for divorce, separation, children and financial matters. She is also a member of the Family Mediation Association (FMA).

Her background as a solicitor, trainer and legal tutor ensures she has a wide range of commercial awareness and experience working with clients in a variety of industries. She also has experience in corporate coaching, both at a national and international level.

She provides professional training to non-native English speakers and is well-equipped to support those working in English a second language. She also has experience working with neurodiverse clients. She is a Level 2 qualified counsellor.

Caroline has a wide range of experience working with clients both face to face and online.

In her spare time she enjoys keeping active, being outdoors and cooking.
